workshop for the formal presentation and finalisation of the Action Plan for the establishment of Financial Management Units (FMUs) in the Ministries of Education, Social Welfare, Agriculture and Women & Children's Affairs were held on 2nd October 2003. Secretaries to the Government of Bangladesh Mr. M Ayub Quadri, Mr. M Shahidul Alam, Mr. Zakir Ahmed Khan, Mr. A.M. Abdul Jabbar and Mr. A.M.M Reza-e-Rabbi were joined the workshop as Guests of Honour. The workshop sessions were chaired by Mr. Abul Quashem, Additional Secretary, Agriculture, and Mr. S.R. Chowdhury, Additional Secretary, Finance.
